Cancellation Policy
To ensure the highest quality of service and availability for all clients, please adhere to the following policies: Booking: Appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellation and Rescheduling: To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled time. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee. Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment will be subject to a 50% charge of the service fee. Late Arrivals: If you anticipate being late, please contact us as soon as possible. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to accommodate subsequent appointments. Arriving more than 15 minutes late without prior notice may result in the appointment being considered a no-show. No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged the full service fee. Service Adjustments: Private Mentorship reserves the right to modify or adjust services to meet the needs of each client. This ensures a personalized and effective learning experience. Payment: Payments are due at the time of booking. Accepted payment methods include credit card, debit card, and online payment through our booking platform.
